About
Welcome to Lalina Kids Cafe & Restaurant, a delightful haven nestled in the vibrant Quang An area of Tay Ho, Hanoi. This enchanting café is not just a place to grab a bite; it’s a carefully crafted environment designed for children and their families, offering a harmonious blend of play and dining experiences.
As you step into Lalina, the bright and welcoming ambiance instantly puts you at ease. The café boasts multiple play corners, including a mini trampoline, slide, and ball pit, ensuring that kids can unleash their energy in a safe and fun-filled environment. The various themed stations — from a beauty salon and bakery to science corners — promise to keep even the most curious minds engaged for hours.
The menu here is extensive and caters to both children and adults. While the little ones delight in their culinary creations, parents can savor a moment of respite with a well-crafted coffee. Signature offerings like the avocado smoothie and unique chicken and waffle dish are well worth the try. It’s a comforting thought knowing that the food is fresh, although the service may occasionally meander, reflecting a commitment to quality over speed.
Reviews from visitors like Israt Rahman highlight the café's dual appeal—while meant for children, anyone can appreciate its soothing vibe and clean, spacious layout. Even those without children can find a cozy spot to work or unwind, thanks to the complimentary Wi-Fi and inviting atmosphere.
Although there is an entrance fee for play—150k on weekends and 120k on weekdays—many find the experience worthwhile given the extensive activities available. Customers have raved about the cleanliness of the play areas and the courteous nature of the staff, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The only note of caution would be to perhaps manage expectations regarding the wait times for food, although the quality is undeniable.
This child-centric café beautifully merges culinary delights with an engaging play space, making it an ideal spot for family outings and gatherings with friends. Whether you are a parent looking for a place to relax while your kids play or simply someone in search of a fun dining experience, Lalina Kids Cafe & Restaurant welcomes you to indulge in their unique offerings and playful surroundings.
“ Clean, well-lit, relaxing. Many different play corners for kids including a little trampoline, slide and ballpit. Others include beauty salon, bakery, kitchen, science corner.. quite extensive food and drinks menu. Each kid is charged a fee for playing, 150k on weekend and 120k on weekdays. Price is on the high side. Service is polite but a lil slow. ”
“ Took my friends daughter for the day, so many kids and activities to keep them busy. Playing stations were well stocked with toys and very clean. All toys and play areas were clean. ”
“ Lovely Kids Cafe. The food was tasty and the vibe chill. It wasn't to loud or over the top. It is perfect if you want to have some playtime with your kids and enjoy a coffee. ”
“ A lovely place for both kids and parents. While you're enjoying your coffee and drink, your kid can play with the hundreds of toys available. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. ”
“ I was staying in the area for the weekend and stumbled across this little café. It was very cute and seemed targeted towards parents with children, but it was nice and spacious with free Wi-Fi. I was able to do some work as it was nice and peaceful. It's a bright place, very much catered to children, which is quite nice as it creates a fun environment with lots of different things to do. I had the avocado smoothie, which was lovely, and the chicken and waffle, which was new. It was delicious, but I didn’t really like that the chicken was from a chicken sausage. I would’ve preferred a traditional fried chicken piece, but it was still really good. Again, I loved the decor and how engaging it is for children. As a 23-year-old female without children, I still found it fun, and if I had kids, I know I would take them here. I got 15% off food, which was nice. They also have a happy hour for food, so you can look into that too. The food did take quite a long time, even though it wasn’t busy, but it was definitely made fresh, which was nice. All in all, it’s a lovely place with plug outlets. I got work done and had a lovely meal. It was super easy to order and pay, the staff were really lovely, and the bathroom was clean as well. ”
“ The place is nice and loads of things to do, my child loved it. Place is fitted with multiple air purifiers, so the place is well ventilated. The food was really good and fresh tasting for what I bought. Drinks were very good as well. Parking is free and is underground. The sign was hard to see due to construction, but it is findable on Google Maps. ”
“ It’s a really cute kids cafe - spacious, and full of activities, decently priced. My issue is when we went in the afternoon we were the only ones there for awhile and every station was a mess. There was even hair and some slight water spills on the ground. They had a few employees who were eager (and super nice) to serve food etc, but I think they could take a little time to make the cafe a bit more pleasant to those coming in especially if it’s not busy. I get it that there’s no point to tidy up if there’s 10+ kids there…but it was just us. ”
